WORK PACKAGE1 – PREPARATION – In line with this role, IBCM will coordinate with all partners for the Kick-off meeting and Workshop on Project Management. The procedures will be established for the formation of project bodies: Project Management Team, Committee for Quality Assurance and Editorial Committee, to guide the establishment of methods and rules related to project implementation, organization management and task delegation among partners through organized workshops. The Baseline Study, as a special feature of this WP, will be developed with support from experienced NWCRs.

WORK PACKAGE2 – DEVELOPMENT – The 6 T2Ps will be established by local HEIs as part of this WP, with planned study trips to NWRC and UNWE for upskilling; Workshops, with further guidelines on case-study development will be organized by UNWE and NWCR with the
participation of all partners. A baseline study results seminar will be hosted by IBCM and facilitated by partners from NWRC and FHZ. An Experts Network will be created to support the long-term work of T2P Centers. 135 case studies will be produced and included into improved existing curricula of all local partners. New life long courses for business and public sectors will be created.

WORK PACKAGE3 – QUALITY ASSURANCE – UASF and FHS due to their experience will provide a quality management framework, reporting tools, templates, and supervision of input for quality control reporting. They will advise the Steering Committee on reporting obligations and areas to address in order to meet established project targets. IBCM will be responsible for organizing the external review upon completion of projects, to evaluate the extent to which the proposed deliverables have been achieved, the project impact, and recommendations for further projects.

WORK PACKAGE4 – DISSEMINATION – UNWE will lead this, together with UP. The Chamber of Commerce (KCC) will be the main communication channel to provide partners with links in industry interested in the review and analysis of real world experiences, business decisions, problem solving, and management challenges unique to the Kosovo labor market. The project results will be dispersed to wider audiences through; Communication development; Project Brand development; Online Platform development; Promotional events and innovative scientific conferences.

WORK PACKAGE5 – MANAGEMENT – The management working package will consist of financial, administrative, programmatic and logistical management of the project. All project partners will have a role in project implementation. During the lifecycle of the project, the lead partner institution-IBCM, supported by The Project Management Team, T2P Coordinators and the Steering Committee will be in charge of project implementation. Geisenheim University as a lead international partner together with IBCM will ensure regular communications/coordination between partners, adherence to reporting, finance and audit procedures.
