This week all partner countries  within the project: Creating Theory to Practice Centers for Innovation and Employment CTPCIE (Project Number: 586347-EPP-1-2017-1-XK-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP (2017-3485/001-001) have attended workshops with North West Regional College (NWRC) in Derry/UK.

The activities of the workshop  are to discuss baseline study results as well as to work on Theory to Practice concept (T2P). The 3 days workshop will encompass the presentation of the baseline results, the lectures on educational and employment policies, and skills gaps and the present best practices from NWRC.

The participants will also visit  NWRC Business Support Center, similar  to T2P Centers, to be established in 6 Higher Education Institutions in Kosovo – IBCM, UHZ, UP, UNPZ, UASF and CEPL. Their mission will be to provide research, develop case studies, maintain the network of experts, and regularly cooperate and coordinate their activities with enterprises.  T2P Coordinators and University representatives from the respective HEIs will get an opportunity to observe how similar centers work and how their staff are engaged in its everyday activities and maintaining relations with enterprises and researchers.
