It’s been about 3 weeks that I am here in Geisenheim, and I have so many things to share with you all.

First of all I am very thankful for this scholarship that is offered to me, and I am proud with myself that I am the student who won it.

Being here in Germany is something new for me. Even the journey was and I was enjoying every minute of it. I did not have any problem with the accommodation and my apartment is quite good and very close to the University.

I can say that I fell in love with this city from the first day. It is place when you can relax only by walking around because it has a beautiful nature; you can find yourself surrounded by the tree every time especially from Mistletoe. And it has a beautiful river and now in this time it gives you a colorful view, so you can feel the peace in every breath.

But Geisenheim also is a city with a lot of history, and you can see it from the houses and the other buildings like is the Church of the Holy Cross also called as Rheingau Cathedral, Linden tree etc. The people here are very friendly and some of them speak English.

Also the University Staff are so friendly and they help me from the day that I came here. I just hope that all of the professors are going to let me to attend the classes, because they started earlier.

This scholarship didn’t offered me only a possibility to study for three months in Geisenheim but also an opportunity to make friends from different country and to know more about their culture, traditions and their lifestyle.
