Monitoring visit by Erasmus+ Kosovo Office

On 11th of October IBC-M has been visited by Erasmus+ Kosovo Office within advisory visit to follow up on project implementation.

Erasmus+ team has been updated on the progress of the project, meetings with the implementing team, staff and students involved were organized.

Results for 2nd year of project implementation until now include:

-6 T2P Centers established and being equipped;

-more than 80 visits happened to partner institutions to learn on the establishment and function of Innovation Centers, their legal status, profit generation and sustainability;

-intensive meetings and workshops with partner institutions on the methodology of the case studies production and the implementation of approved ones;

-41 case studies produced/reviewed/being tested and 94 case studies in progress by all partner institutions;

-Quality assurance procedures are in place and in effect to every element of the project;

-1 Innovation Conference was organized with lots of feedback from students and other participants, reinforcing the need for this project and stronger involvement of all stakeholders in educational processes;

-Special Mobility Strand is being actively implemented: 3 students (CEPL, UPZ, UP)  started 12 month mobility, 1 student (IBC-M) in process/awaiting visa for 12 months mobility, 6 students (UP, IBC-M, CEPL, UPZ, UASF) started /planned to start shortly 3 months mobility and 8 students will go on mobility on summer semester. 25 staff mobilities are realised; 59 staff mobilities will be realised until the end of 2019.

Planned activities include:

  • Creation of Experts Network
  • Field research and development of case studies
  • Testing of pilot case studies based on the feedback of enterprises
  • Updating curricula of partner HEIs
  • Development of new courses and referencing against EQF
  • Development of Quality Monitoring Plan
  • National Accreditation
